kuv9 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("T&C", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player") and kuv9 ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the kuv9 website, mobile platform, and all associated services available at kuv9.app. By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

kuv9 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Any material change will be communicated to registered users via email or an in-platform notification. Continued use of the Platform following any such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of their obligations.

All financial transactions on kuv9 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals made through the Platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and will be shown at the time of the withdrawal request.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.
• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. kuv9 may add or remove payment methods at its discretion.
• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. kuv9 does not process withdrawals to a different method without prior verification.
• Withdrawal processing times are typically within 24 hours for verified accounts. Processing may take longer during high-demand periods such as BPL season, Eid, or Pohela Boishakh.

kuv9 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on any deposit or withdrawal, and to suspend processing where fraudulent, irregular, or unusual activity is detected. Any funds associated with fraudulent transactions will be forfeited.

kuv9 offers various promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and free spins are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, IP address, and device. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times will result in all associated bonuses being voided.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) which must be completed before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly on each promotion page.
• kuv9 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice, particularly where abuse, exploitation, or technical error is detected.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash directly, or combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new registrants only. Players who have previously held a kuv9 account — including accounts that were closed, voided, or self-excluded — are not eligible for new-player promotions.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kuv9 Platform. Engaging in any of the following activities may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to play games, place bets, or manipulate the outcome of any game or wager on the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or live casino games.
• Depositing funds obtained from unlawful activity, money laundering, or any form of financial fraud, including the use of stolen payment credentials.
• Opening or attempting to open more than one account to circumvent a self-exclusion, receive additional bonuses, or evade a restriction placed on a previous account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or at any point during account verification.

kuv9 employs advanced fraud detection and risk monitoring tools. Any account identified as engaging in prohibited conduct will be investigated, and kuv9 retains the absolute right to suspend, close, and refuse service to any account at its sole discretion.

All content on the kuv9 Platform — including but not limited to the kuv9 name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and structural layout — is the exclusive intellectual property of kuv9 or its licensed third-party providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of kuv9 content without express written permission is strictly prohibited and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kuv9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or computer damage. kuv9's total aggregate liability to any user in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. kuv9 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. kuv9 shall not be responsible for any losses arising from technical faults, server downtime, network failures, or force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, or government actions that affect Platform availability.

kuv9 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across Bangladesh. We provide the following tools to all registered users free of charge, accessible at any time through your account settings or by contacting [email protected]:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your kuv9 account.
• Cooling-off period — temporarily restrict access to your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) while you take a break from gaming.
• Permanent self-exclusion — close your account indefinitely. Once applied, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six months. kuv9 will not send marketing communications to self-excluded users.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be referred to kuv9's customer support team at [email protected] for informal resolution. kuv9 aims to resolve all complaints within 10 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration before a mutually agreed neutral arbitrator. kuv9 does not guarantee the legality of online gaming in any specific jurisdiction; it is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your location.

kuv9 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, registered users will be notified via email or an in-platform message at least 7 days before the changes take effect. By continuing to use the Platform after those changes come into effect, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date and withdraw any remaining balance.
